Hey long time no see!!! Sorry I havent been able to get on the computer for such a long time!!! I am really sorry about that! There has been a lot in my life that is going on, I just dont know where to start! Well, I have been ok, mostly....What have you been doing? Well I have been working on my college work, that is mostly why I havent been able to get on the computer, my family hogs that dang thing, and I am having some friend issues that need to be ressolved....I am so sorry that I never come on here, I will try to be on here at least several times every week!!!! I really do try to be on here but I just get booted off when I just get on the internet or a college calls me and I cant get back on. thanks so much for the comment and fave on my recent D.Gray-man wall, it's a simplistic design but I tried to enhance that with the use of a more vibrant color palette, I'm glad it worked, thanks again and take care~

yeah, the warp text thing can be tricky to nail down perfectly. it requires some eyeballing to get the fit looking nice. i have ps 7.0, so i guess the warp text function doesn't get any better in cs3?

text can be made to curve in photoshop with the "warp text" function, which is part of the text tool. it appears in the options bar, a "t" with a curved arrow, from what i can remember. with your text layer selected, click on the warp text button and a small window will pop up. you can choose the type of warp in the drop down list. in your case, you should choose "arc" or single arc...or whatever it's actually called. once you do that, you can adjust the amount of curvature to fit the rim of the clock.
